  1. Services Provided

We specialize in epoxy floor coatings, concrete polishing, and related services. Every project begins with an on-site consultation, inspection, and written estimate. Final results may vary based on concrete condition, preparation, and chosen materials.

  1. Estimates & Payments
  • All quotes are based on the information provided and an in-person inspection.
  • Pricing may change if additional preparation or repairs are required.
  • A deposit may be required to reserve your project date.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods will be provided in your estimate.
  1. Scheduling & Cancellations
  • Project dates are subject to weather, material availability, and site conditions.
  • We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is needed.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
  1. Warranties & Limitations
  • Our work comes with warranties (10–20 years depending on the system installed), which will be detailed in your contract.
  • Warranties cover peeling, delamination, or defects caused by installation.
  • Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, structural cracks, moisture vapor transmission, or damage caused by third parties.
  1. Communication & SMS Compliance (A2P 10DLC)
  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages related to your project, scheduling, or promotions.
  • Message frequency: varies based on your project and requests.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
  • Reply HELP for assistance.
  • We will never sell or share your number with third parties for their marketing.
  1. Responsibilities
  • Customer Responsibilities: Provide site access, ensure the work area is cleared, and follow care instructions after installation.
  • Galaxy Epoxy Responsibilities: Perform services with professional workmanship, communicate clearly, and complete projects in a timely manner.
  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions in concrete or structures.
  • Delays caused by weather, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, guides, and marketing materials are the property of Galaxy Epoxy Coating and may not be copied or reused without permission.
